Cleaning Show Conference
The Cleaning Show Conference is aimed at managers and business owners to address the big issues and opportunities that could have an impact on the future of businesses and public sector organisations. These include HR challenges in the current political climate, the latest industry research, hygienic and sustainable waste solutions and preparing for the unexpected. Window Cleaning World Cup & Guinness World Record Challenge
In 2019, we launched a new World Cup for Window Cleaners and the competition enjoyed extensive pre-show media coverage in cleaning trade magazines in Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East, Africa, Russia, the Far East, Scandinavia and other parts of Central and Eastern Europe.
The inaugural contest, which was sponsored by Unger, was won by Jeremiah Hickey, already the fastest window cleaner in the US. At ExCeL he officially became the world champion with a time of 17.02 seconds and scooped a £1,000 cash prize plus a gleaming trophy.
Window Cleaning & Carpet Cleaning Village
Supported by the Federation of Window Cleaners, Window Cleaning Magazine and the National Carpet Cleaners Association.
This new feature of the Cleaning Show offered window and carpet cleaners an opportunity to try out the latest products on offer, attend workshops and network with equipment providers.
CSSA INNOVATION SHOWCASE
We are thrilled to announce that the CSSA will be holding it’s 2021 Innovation Showcase at The Cleaning Show in London.
This event celebrates the cleaning industry’s most innovative products, services and initiatives; particularly better solutions to social, political and environmental requirements, and existing market issues.
Over the next few months, businesses and organisations operating throughout the industry can enter their innovations via the CSSA website. Prior to The Cleaning Show, the CSSA will hold an Innovator’s Pitch with a panel of leading industry experts who review and interview all entrants, and select those to be exhibited at the Innovation Showcase itself.
